Skillet Chicken Parmesan

I love quick and easy means and when one of your husbands favorites is chicken Parmesan ... You have to find a quick way to make it. So how about one pot on the stove for 20 to 30 minutes?!?

Skillet Chicken Parmesan
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of petite diced tomatoes
Chicken cutlets
1 cup of shredded mozzarella
1 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tbsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of onion flakes
1 tbsp of dried basil ( fresh would be great if you have it)

In a skillet coated with a tablespoon of olive oil, brown chicken cutlets ( about 2 minutes per side.)

Remove cutlets.

To skillet over medium heat add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion flakes and dried basil. Stir until fragrant. Add chicken cutlets to sauce. Heat for 15 minutes.

Add breadcrumbs on top of chicken and sauce. Heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Place cheese on top and cover until melted.

Serve with spaghetti or use cutlets to make subs!

Enjoy!
