What can you make with a fish filet?

I got two boxes of Ms. Paul's fish filets for 2.50 each at Harris Teeter! They have 12 filets in each box which makes for a great deal.

My first idea was a salad with grape tomatoes and avocado! Yummy!

My next idea was fish sandwiches with quick homemade tartar sauce! I made the sauce by combining 4 tbsp of light mayo and 1 tbsp of sweet relish with 1 tsp of lemon juice. Served with slider buns and onion slices!
